Tuesday Weekly off.• Entry-level positionRole OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales/Telecaller to engage with incoming leads, explain project details, and convert enquiries into site visits for our apartment project in Bangalore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so communication and confidence are key.Key Responsibilities• Make high-volume outbound calls to new enquiries and incoming leads• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location highlights clearly• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable configurations• Convert enquiries into confirmed site visits with consistent follow-ups• Maintain accurate call logs and lead information in CRM• Coordinate with CRM/Sales team for smooth handover of site visit leads• Stay updated on project features, offers, and inventory• Meet daily/weekly calling targets• Handle customer questions professionally and escalate when neededQualifications• Comfortable with continuous outbound calling• Strong verbal communication + professional phone etiquette• Fast learner with ability to explain project details with confidence• Resilient attitude — able to handle rejection and stay motivated• Good follow-up discipline and attention to detail• Basic computer skills + CRM familiarity• Prior telecalling/customer service experience is a plus• Good command of English + regional languages used in BangaloreAbout Keerthi Estates Pvt.
