Job Summary: As a Telecaller at Portea Medical, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients, providing information about our services, and assisting with inquiries. Your role is crucial in helping patients navigate their healthcare needs and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential patients and follow up with existing patients.

Provide information about Portea’s healthcare services and solutions.

Assist patients with scheduling appointments and answering their queries.

Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.

Identify and escalate issues or concerns as necessary.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Meet and exceed individual and team call targets and performance metrics.

Stay updated on company services, policies, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare or business is a plus.

Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in healthcare).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
