Role Summary : The Telecaller - Logistics is responsible for generating leads, calling prospective clients across India, pitching logistics and transportation services, and supporting the sales team in closing business for freight, transport, and supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities Telecalling & Lead Generation - Make outbound calls to potential customers across Pan-India regions (B2B & B2C). - Pitch logistics services such as transportation, freight forwarding, courier, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. - Understand customer requirements related to shipment size, routes, timelines, and pricing. Sales Support & Follow-ups : - Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales/operations team. - Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending decisions. - Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM or Excel trackers. Customer Coordination : - Handle inbound queries related to shipments, pricing, and service availability. - Coordinate with operations and sales teams for service feasibility and commitments. - Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues where required. Reporting & Compliance : - Submit daily call reports, lead reports, and conversion updates. - Maintain professional calling etiquette and compliance standards. Required Skills : - Strong Hindi, Kannada and English communication (regional languages preferred) - Telecalling and persuasion skills - Basic understanding of logistics / transport industry - CRM or Excel knowledge - Follow-up discipline and target orientation Qualifications & Experience : - 12th Pass / Graduate - 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (logistics preferred) - Freshers with strong communication may be considered KPIs : - Daily call volume - Qualified leads generated - Lead-to-sales conversion support - Follow-up effectiveness
