We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions Counsellor to join our team at Acharya Bangalore B-School. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admission process and supporting them in making informed decisions about their academic future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information about the programs, eligibility, and admission process to prospective students via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Assist students with application submission, document verification, and understanding entry requirements.
- Conduct campus tours and organize informational sessions to showcase the institution’s facilities and opportunities.
- Respond promptly to queries and follow up with students to ensure completion of application procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute outreach campaigns and participate in recruitment events, fairs, and webinars.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure timely updates in the admissions database.
- Provide support in organizing entrance exams, interviews, and final admission selection processes.
- Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of admitted students.

Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or related roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Admissions CRM Merrito.
- Passion for education and a strong commitment to student success.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Indian education system and the UG and MBA/PGDM admission process.
- Prior experience in student recruitment and admissions counselling.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families.
