**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate **Student Counselor** to join our team. The Student Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout their educational journey. This role involves making calls to student leads, conducting presentations at universities, and effectively converting leads into enrolled students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
3. University Visits: Attend university events and fairs to represent our organization, build relationships with university staff, and engage with potential students.

4. Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to groups of students, parents, and educators, showcasing the benefits of our educational offerings.

5. Lead Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert student leads into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding conversion targets.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and conversions. Generate regular reports on lead status and conversion metrics.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in student recruitment and counseling. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our student engagement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in student counseling, admissions counseling, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to large groups.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving targets and driving results.
- Flexibility to travel to universities and attend events as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
