Payment Operations SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced payment operations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and processing of payments for our merchants.Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with external payment providers and internal departments to streamline the merchant onboarding process. This includes maintaining and optimizing the onboarding checklist, internal documentation, and standardizing processes for scalability.In addition to your coordination duties, you will be responsible for monitoring and preparing management reports on payment performance KPIs. You will work closely with the business intelligence analyst to build dashboards and involve the right team members to ensure KPIs are maintained.As the point of contact for external queries and requests, you will be responsible for providing information on merchant KYC, risk, and compliance requirements. You will also be the master user of external tools and systems, performing regular reports generation, dashboard review, and user management.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background working with online payment providers. You should be highly organized, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
