Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our global process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives. As a key member of our finance team, you will drive end-to-end solutions to deliver enhanced efficiency and productivity.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies in the transactional area, refining them as needed, and collaborating with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to implement effective solutions.You will have extensive knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and hands-on experience with SAP at the transactional level. Your expertise will guide the service provider to improve efficiency in operations and ensure consistent service delivery across towers/units.This role requires strong leadership skills, exposure to operate with senior finance teams, and non-positional influencing abilities. You will work closely with remote teams and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies in the transactional areaEnd-to-end P2P knowledge with hands-on SAP experience to guide the service providerCollaborate with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to implement effective solutionsDevelop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze financial and operational data to identify control deficiencies and suggest improvementsRequirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in P2P, or semi-qualified accountant with 8 years of accounting and finance experienceAt least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferredStrong leadership skills and non-positional influencing abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in SAP finance modules and MS ExcelEnglish proficiencyWhat We OfferWe provide a dynamic environment where every team member can thrive.
