Project Leadership RoleOverview:The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading clients through complex challenges with Salesforce technology.Key responsibilities include end-to-end support of construction projects from planning to monitoring and resource management.ResponsibilitiesPrepare integrated schedules using Microsoft Projects/Primavera P6, conduct schedule analysis to identify delays, and develop mitigation strategies.Coordinate inter-discipline and inter-functional efforts, support project contract management, and assist in monitoring contractor performance.Develop and implement project plans, oversee project execution, and ensure timely completion.Requirements:5-10 years of experience in project planning/project management/contracts management for power and renewable energy projects.Good command of English and presentation skills are essential.Bachelor's degree in Mech/Civil/Electrical engineering from top colleges is required. Post-graduation is preferred.Experience with tools like Power BI is desirable.This role requires immediate joiners who can work on projects located in Delhi/NCR.
