Project CoordinatorWe're seeking a seasoned professional to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of utility data connections.About the RoleCoordinate and deliver multiple building-level projects, fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Gather and organise project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, and tenant details.Collect consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities, identifying potential data partners or hardware providers.Act as the central communication point, scheduling meetings, progress updates, and clear reporting on project milestones.Maintain a clear overview of ongoing projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Document all steps taken and deliverables in relevant systems.Required Skills & QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.Information Gathering: Excellent organisational skills, gathering and documenting project-related information efficiently.Data Collection: Strong analytical skills, collecting and processing consumption data from various utility sources.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Prioritisation & Organisation: Ability to maintain a clear overview of ongoing projects, prioritising tasks effectively and ensuring progress against agreed timelines.What We OfferA dynamic work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.
