Human Resources ManagerJob Overview:Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement human resources policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation.• Establish and maintain attendance, leave, and payroll systems (manual or software-based).• Ensure accurate employee records, ID cards, and personnel files are up-to-date.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:• Oversee end-to-end hiring for staff, supervisors, technicians, and office roles.• Prepare job descriptions and coordinate interviews with management to ensure smooth onboarding processes.• Plan and execute comprehensive training programs for new employees.Employee Engagement & Relations:• Foster a positive work environment by acting as a liaison between the shop floor and management.• Address grievances, absenteeism, and disciplinary issues promptly to maintain a stable work culture.• Implement communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.Workforce Management & Productivity:• Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and absenteeism trends to optimize workforce deployment.• Ensure effective manpower allocation based on shift requirements.• Analyze productivity data and overtime patterns to identify areas for improvement.Compliance & Payroll Administration:• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).• Manage payroll preparation, verification, and related statutory filings to avoid errors or delays.• Liaise with consultants, auditors, and government departments as required.HR Reporting & Analytics:• Maintain HR dashboards showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, attrition, and manpower costs.• Present actionable insights to management through regular HR reporting to inform strategic decisions.
