About the Role: We are seeking an experienced US IT Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. You will work night shifts aligned with US business hours, recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions with our US clients.Key Responsibilities:Source IT professionals (Software Engineers, Developers, QA, BA, Data Engineers, etc.) for US-based clientsScreen candidates on technical skills, visa status, and availabilityUnderstand job requirements, tech stacks, and client specificationsNegotiate bill rates, pay rates, and close candidatesManage submissions, interviews, and offer processesWork with vendors, consultants, and W2/1099 candidatesMaintain relationships with bench consultants and candidatesUtilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databasesHandle visa sponsorships, transfers, and extensions (H1B, L1, OPT, GC, Citizens)Required Qualifications:2-3 years of proven US IT staffing/recruiting experienceStrong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and frameworksKnowledge of US visa types (H1B, L1, L2 EAD, OPT, GC, Citizens) and their work restrictionsExperience with full-cycle IT recruitment (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099)Familiarity with rate negotiations and markupsExperience with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn RecruiterStrong Boolean search and sourcing skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience working night shifts preferredPreferred Qualifications:Experience with VMS platforms Knowledge of MSP/Direct client recruitmentUnderstanding of US states, taxation, and employment regulationsExperience with high-volume IT recruitment
