Role Requirements / SpecificationsDesired Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech in with exp in solar industry is preferredDesired Experience10-15 of exp in Solar PV Module Manufacturing Experience.Monitor Plant OEE/OLE to ensure optimum utilization of assets and resources on a weekly basis; Monitor loss due to breakdown of critical machines/lines and direct resolutionKnowledge & SkillsOversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule and downtime is reduced in order to maximize unit uptime and optimize capacity utilization of the Unit. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools.Monitor completion of daily, weekly and Monthly production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time for own plant
