Supply Chain Management Executive

The Role: You will be responsible for : Managing the end to end supply chain process including vendor management, procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and distribution.Monitoring and forecasting demand and supply accurately, maintaining optimal inventory levels.Developing and implementing effective order processing and management systems.Selecting, monitoring and managing performance of vendors.Identifying and analysing risks affecting supply, delivery and customer demand and developing strategies to mitigate these.Participating in strategic supply chain enhancements/ projects to drive optimal manufacturing efficiency and productivity.Planning all aspects of logistics operations including inbound/outbound logistics through sea, road and air, shipping and customs clearance, insurance related to company and logistics operations.Managing relationships with logistics service providers for transportation, customs clearance for both inbound and outbound operations.Coordinating with manufacturing divisions to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.Liaising with Sales and Marketing to ensure that distribution readiness for new product lines.Managing 3rd-party logistics service provider relationships effectively and driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for warehousing and delivery operations.Ideal Profile:You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Supply Chain or Transportation / Logistics within Media & Entertainment and Manufacturing.You posssess good knowledge of tax and process regulations with respect the import and export of products.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersWhat's on Offer?Flexible working optionsAttractive Salary & BenefitsFantastic work culture
