Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Risk Management Practice team in Mumbai. As Senior Relationship Manager / Assistant Vice President, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with clients.Your primary responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing strategies to generate new business opportunities.Cross-selling products to existing clients and identifying key decision-makers.Providing claims advocacy and servicing expertise.Staying up-to-date with different insurers' strengths and weaknesses.Identifying clients' or prospects' needs and determining the best services, products, or combinations to address their issues and objectives.You will also be responsible for:Conducting gap analyses of existing policies and negotiating better terms with markets.Retaining and expanding existing client relationships.Collaborating with underwriters to meet client requirements.BUILDING and maintaining effective networks within the business community and industry.Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.Engaging with insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you will need:Excellent relationship-building and management skills.Demonstrated experience in corporate relationship management from a service background.Knowledge of the employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.A proven track record of success in sales roles, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Self-discipline and proactivity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Industry-Specific Analysis Software.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:An MBA degree.6-9 years of corporate relationship management experience.Domain knowledge, preferably in the insurance sector.Technical knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect:A dynamic and inclusive work environment.Ongoing professional development opportunities.Interesting and challenging work.Synergistic collaboration with talented colleagues.A range of career opportunities.Benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Why Join Our Team?We offer a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can create new solutions, have impact, and thrive.
