We are seeking a strategic project management professional to join our growth team. As a Program Management Office Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of organizational initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and templates.Monitor and report on progress across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.Partner with initiative owners to develop detailed project plans, milestones, and key performance indicators.Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively, facilitating regular reviews and steering committee meetings.Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to track progress and impact, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project outcomes, championing the integration of AI and digital tools to enhance project management efficiency and decision-making.Support change management efforts to drive adoption of strategic initiatives, creating communication plans and materials to engage stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.4–6 years of experience in a PMO or strategy execution role.Consulting and IMO (Integration Management Office) experience preferred.Strong understanding of project management methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools.Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.Strong Communication skills.Benefits:Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Chance to make a meaningful impact on organizational success.
