You’ll be the backbone of our sales process — ensuring smooth CRM operations, accurate reporting, and actionable insights for decision-making. What You’ll Do: ✨ Manage and optimize CRM tools ( LeadSquared / Salesforce / Zoho / NPF ) for lead tracking and sales monitoring. 📊 Build and maintain sales dashboards to track KPIs and performance. 🔍 Analyze sales funnels and counselor workflows to identify areas for improvement. 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to streamline processes. 📈 Support leadership with data-driven insights and reports. What We’re Looking For: 🎯 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations , preferably in EdTech . 🧠 Hands-on experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared / Salesforce / Zoho / NPF). 📑 Proficiency in Excel , data management, and performance analysis. 🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 💡 Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset.
