Customer Support ProfessionalThis is a customer-focused role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have basic computer skills with familiarity of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).Responsibilities include:Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information and resolve issues.Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, escalate complex issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, update accounts and process orders/returns, and generate reports as needed.Product & Policy Knowledge: Stay updated on company products/services and understand company policies.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and participate in team meetings/training.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).Attitude: Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
