Job Summary:We're Hiring – Business Manager | BangaloreFinance Buddha is looking for a Business Manager to drive growth, manage partner funnels, and strengthen key relationships.If you have 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, key accounts, or biz dev (fintech is a plus) and love taking ownership + solving problems with data -we want to hear from you Location: Bangalore Experience: 1–2 years Looking for immediate joinersKey Responsibilities:You will be responsible for driving and expanding Finbud's business in Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, and Credit Cards. Your role will focus on building, managing, and scaling partnerships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.● Lead new partnership discussions and onboard lenders to the platform.● Nurture and grow existing relationships by identifying opportunities for scaling business volumes.● Understand market dynamics and design partnership strategies that align with lender needs.● Collaborate internally with marketing, product, tech and data teams to optimize campaigns, reporting, and lead flow.● Work at the intersection of business growth and operational efficiency, balancing front-end relationship management with backend data, reporting and analysis.The Ask :● Prior experience in handling and growing businesses in LAP, Home Loans and Credit Cards with strong lender relationship management skills.● A proven ability to bring new partnerships and scale existing ones.● Strong understanding of what works for different product categories and partner profiles.● Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data: campaign performance, funnel analysis, reporting, and optimization.● Comfort in managing both front-end (partnerships, business growth) and backend (data, reporting, analytics, campaign optimization) responsibilities.● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to represent Finbud with lenders and partners at all levels.● A problem-solver with a knack for efficiency, process improvement and sustainable business growth.Benefits & Perks:• Attractive salary with performance-based incentives.• Travel allowances and business expense reimbursements.• Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization.Application Process: Send your CV to aanchal.s@financebuddha.com or apply via LinkedIn.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussions.
