About The Role:


A Brand Marketing job at Treebo involves crafting and executing strategies to build and enhance the Treebo brand's identity, visibility, and customer loyalty

Key Responsibilities:


  • Scale the marketing and branding efforts of Treebo Hotels.
  • Enhance the growth trajectory by improving strategies of acquiring new users, increasing

consumption from existing users, and fostering loyalty.

  • Strategize and launch brand campaigns across all marketing channels including ATL,
  • Digital and social media, BTL, owned media channels etc. This will involve working
  • closely with creative agencies/internal design teams for communication development,

and with media agencies.

  • Identify markets and segments of growth that will usher in the next set of users by doing
  • a thorough investigation of the market opportunity, category, competition, and above all

the consumer.

  • Set and manage marketing budgets, across campaigns, and projects to deliver on

short-term and long-term goals.

  • Measure marketing effectiveness using various approaches including.Track all business

and marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights for improvement and growth.

  • Keep track of trends and competitive landscape and recommend and implement

strategies that help the brand take advantage of the opportunities.

  • Conduct consumer research, generate insights, turn them into marketing briefs.
  • Work together with external or internal partners to deliver successful marketing

campaigns. External partners include creative, media, BTL and other agencies. Internal

partners include teams from B2B, BD, Sales etc.


What are we looking for:


  • 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing
  • Prior experience of working in ecommerce/B2C set-ups with an in-depth knowledge of
  • social media marketing, digital marketing and exposure of analytical and CRM tools
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Innovative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to drive adoption and trials
  • Should have an entrepreneur mindset, high sense of ownership, critical thinker,
  • hard-working, Go-getter attitude with sound communication skills, with a team player
