AI Engineering ExcellenceWe are seeking an accomplished AI Engineer to spearhead the development of sophisticated autonomous systems.This role goes beyond prompt engineering; you will be responsible for architecting intricate Agentic pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that address real-world enterprise challenges.Although our infrastructure relies on Oracle Cloud (OCI), we value robust engineering fundamentals above all. We are looking for an expert in Python and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP) who is adaptable and eager to map those skills to the OCI ecosystem.The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph, as well as a proven track record of constructing Agentic workflows and RAG pipelines. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning concepts is also essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build stateful, multi-actor AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.Implement production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, managing vector stores and semantic search optimization.Write robust, scalable, and multithreaded Python code to handle high-concurrency workloads.Develop high-latency, asynchronous REST APIs using FastAPI to serve models and agents.Architect efficient data layers using both SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL databases.Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms. You will translate your AWS/GCP expertise to manage OCI Compute, Object Storage, and OCI Queue.Take end-to-end responsibility for features—from system design and coding to deployment and monitoring.RequirementsGenerative AIDeep hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.Proven track record of building Agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.Familiarity with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3) and fine-tuning concepts.Engineering & PythonExpert Python: Mastery of the language, including asyncio, multithreading, decorators, and memory management.Frameworks: Production experience with FastAPI.Concurrency: Ability to write scalable code that maximizes throughput.Cloud & DataCloud Agnostic: Strong experience with AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, SQS) or GCP is required.Must be willing to learn and adapt to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Databases: Proficient in SQL and NoSQL modeling.Soft Skills & ExpectationsSchedule: Willingness to overlap with US Morning hours.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; able to explain complex AI concepts clearly.
