Job OverviewThis role is for experienced AI engineers who want to work on next-generation healthcare and AI projects with a hands-on approach.The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing multi-agent pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph, n8n, and OpenAI Agent SDK. They will help architect the backend of our intelligent systems where retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-using agents, and real-time WebSocket pipelines come together to power our AI products.Candidates will work closely with product and research teams to rapidly experiment with new AI capabilities and contribute to various projects including cancer treatment prediction, PTSD identification, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding Autonomous AI AgentsCreate autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and call tools via LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, or custom logic.Design RAG pipelines (ingestion > embedding > retrieval > synthesis) optimized for multi-modal knowledge bases.Integrate agents with backend APIs, databases, and workflows using FastAPI, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.Real-time AI ArchitecturesCreate event-driven and streaming architectures using WebSockets and queues for real-time AI responses.
