Artificial Intelligence SpecialistThis is a highly technical role that involves creating and deploying AI agents to automate tasks, support research, and enhance decision-making processes.The key responsibilities include:Designing, developing, and maintaining autonomous and assistive AI systems for research and consulting applications.Integrating agent solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and external systems.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and refine AI-driven products and reporting solutions.Supporting the R&D of new agent features, including retrieval-augmented generation, workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering.Optimising system performance for clients worldwide, balancing scalability, uptime, and data security.Creating technical documentation and providing training and onboarding for end-users.Prior experience in building complex workflows using technologies such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration libraries is preferred. Strong foundation in Python programming and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks are also required. Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is advantageous.The role reports to the Head of Research or Product Manager and works closely with research leads, data analysts, and management consultants globally. This hybrid role offers significant ownership of the firm's AI strategy within a purpose-driven context.
