Job Title: Executive Vice President – Risk Management PracticeWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. They will also possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.Responsibilities:New business generation and cross-selling of products with existing clients.Proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing.Knowledge of different insurers, their strengths and weaknesses.Identification of key decision-makers and determination of services, products, and combinations that best serve clients' needs.GAP analysis of existing policies, suggesting better terms, and negotiating with markets.Requirements:10+ years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.Experience in Insurance Companies/Insurance Broking company, Financial Services industry (Investment Banking, Corporate Debt Syndication, Project Finance Advisory, etc., focused on Corporate Solutions), Business Consulting Company.Degree in MBA from a reputed B-School.Benefits include professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.
