Description :- Experience : Minimum 12+ years in systems implementation, including at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.Key Responsibilities :- Lead technical teams through end-to-end system implementation within enterprise risk management solutions.- Conduct technical discussions, design workshops, and solution reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.- Collaborate closely with business and risk teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Ensure adherence to risk governance frameworks, model validation processes, and compliance standards.- Oversee database design, integration, and performance optimization across relational and non-relational platforms.- Drive best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to engineering teams.- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and risk management trends.Qualifications & Experience :- Total Experience : 12+ years in systems implementation, including 4+ years leading technical teams.- Programming Expertise : Strong command of .NET, Java, and Python.- Cloud Technologies : Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.- Databases : Proven experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and exposure to NoSQL platforms.- Domain Knowledge : Exposure to Enterprise Risk domains such as :1. Credit Risk2. Fraud Risk3. Operational Risk4. Liquidity & Market Risk5. Risk Modeling and Analytics- Experience in model risk governance or validation processes is a strong plus.- Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality outcomes.- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
