Strategic Risk Management Leader

Job Title:We are seeking an Executive Vice President – Risk Management Practice to join our team in Chennai.This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.Responsible for new business generation, cross-selling of products with existing clients, and claims advocacy and servicing.Proficient in identifying key decision makers, clients or prospects' risks needs and determining the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.Conduct gap analysis of existing policies, suggest better terms, and negotiate with markets.Retain and expand existing client relationships, develop effective networks within the business community and industry, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.Key Responsibilities:10+ years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.Experience in Insurance Companies/Insurance Broking company, Financial Services industry (Investment Banking, Corporate Debt Syndication, Project Finance Advisory, etc focused on Corporate Solutions), Business Consulting Company.Domain Knowledge required.MBA from a reputed B-School.What Makes You Stand Out:Proven Leadership skill traits, elected leader in community, school & college, leadership role.Exceptional selling and negotiation skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Good networking skills and relationship management skills, strong communication/presentation skills.
