Job Summary:
As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will oversee all aspects of the sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your strategic leadership and ability to inspire and motivate a team will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Set clear sales goals and targets and provide guidance to achieve them.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve revenue objectives.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to optimize strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Collaboration:

- Work closely with senior management to report on sales performance and propose initiatives for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Head role in the real estate industry.
