Sales Head- Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive 100% target achievement with measurable and scalable sales strategies.

- Optimize Capacity: Maximize utilization of spa rooms and therapists through targeted promotions and partnerships, especially during lean hours.

- Partnership Development: Establish national and local tie-ups with lifestyle brands and loyalty programs to boost footfall, collaborating with hotel sales teams for promotions.

- CRM & Front Office Alignment: Ensure a sales-driven, customer-centric approach within front office teams and develop CRM practices to enhance client retention.

- Performance Management: Oversee sales team metrics, providing regular training and coaching aligned with business goals.

- Travel & Outreach: Travel as needed to build partnerships and support city-specific sales initiatives nationwide.

Optimal Background:

- Sales Leadership: Proven track record of driving double-digit sales growth within national wellness or lifestyle brands, transforming underperforming teams.

- Customer-Centric Sales: Experience in customer service-oriented environments, aligning sales initiatives with client satisfaction.

- CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.

- Strategic Partnerships: Demonstrated success in forming partnerships to increase traffic and revenue.

- Multi-City Sales Experience: Experience managing sales across diverse Education: MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration 10+ years in a national sales role within wellness or hospitality sectors, with a proven success record.

- 5+ years managing and growing a sales team of 500+ across multiple Sales Driver: Ability to set ambitious targets and motivate teams.

- Data-Driven: Leverages CRM and sales data to enhance performance.

- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel extensively to support local sales teams.
