The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee our Influencer Partnerships division. Your mission is to lead,inspire, and mentor a team of specialists, ensuring the successful execution of influencer campaigns that deliver exceptional results for our clients. You'll also be a key point of contact for influencers and agencies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth collaborations across all levels of influencers.


What You'll Do

  • Campaign Leadership:  Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from influencer identification and negotiation to content creation and performance analysis.
  • Team Management:  Foster a high-performing team environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to your team of Influencer Marketing Specialists.
  • Relationship Building:  Cultivate strong relationships with a diverse range of influencers (nano, micro, macro,mega, celebrities) and agencies, maintaining open communication and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Client Satisfaction:  Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the campaign lifecycle, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Performance Optimization:  Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Process Improvement:  Continuously refine and enhance our influencer marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Industry Expertise:  Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights with your team and contributing to our thought leadership.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven Leadership:  3+ years of experience leading and managing teams in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Campaign Management Expertise:  Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns across various influencer tiers (nano, micro, macro, mega, celebrities).
  • Strong Relationship Skills:  Excellent rapport with influencers and agencies at all levels, ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills:  Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Mindset:  Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Passion for Influencer Marketing:  Deep understanding of the industry landscape and a genuine enthusiasm for building authentic brand connections.
