The landmark projects reflect our signature approach and dedication to innovation and excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Head - Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include managing a sales team, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and developing effective sales pitches and presentations. The role requires coordination with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and meeting sales targetsStrong market research, data analysis, and strategic planning skillsEffective communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience in real estate or housing industry is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldAbility to lead and manage a sales team effectivelyCandidate Profile:Drive end-to-end sales of premium residential villas priced above 2 Cr.Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, and direct marketing initiatives.Conduct site visits and deliver impactful product presentations to convert prospects into bookings.Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, investors, and brokers.Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation strategies.Stay updated on market trends, competition, and pricing in the premium real estate segment.Closure of DealAssist in the closure process, including documentation and payment follow-ups.Report sales funnel progress and conversion metrics to senior management.Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably villas or high-end apartments.Proven record of closing individual deals of 2 Cr or above.Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage high-value clients and nurture long-term relationships.Willingness to work from the project site (Attibele, Chandapura) and on weekends.Fluency in English; proficiency in Kannada/Hindi preferred for local engagement.Experience with CRM systems and good computer literacy.Strong network of channel partners or HNI clients in HSR, South Bangalore, Sarjapur, or Attibele.Previous experience with luxury real estate brands is a plus.
