What’s the opportunity?

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Multiplier Technologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the implementation of effective solutions to drive organizational growth and success.


What you will be doing;

  • Ensure purchasing policy, guidelines, and associated documents are in place and updated when required to meet business objectives
  • Develop creative and innovative procurement processes
  • Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
  • Manage relationships with service providers/suppliers and select and develop new channels
  • Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings
  • Track department-wise spending against budget
  • Verify and gatekeep all POs and invoice payments across all vendors before final payment
  • Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers on value, quality standards, and delivery terms
  • Review and negotiate existing agreements to optimize commercial terms
  • Work with suppliers and establish a process for measuring effective performance, quality, and compliance. Measure against KPIs
  • Ensure professional and consistent supplier management is applied across the supply base in line with the purchasing policy


What are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with expertise in procurement, controlling costs, setting up SOPs, and scaling up systems
  • Extremely detail-oriented – experienced in maintaining and tracking costs at the most detailed / ground level
  • Experience of working with department leaders in a professional manner
  • High ownership mentality to help reduce costs for the company
  • Proactive to investigate any hint of past or future issues with expenses
  • Ability to think with a business mind on how to optimize spending
  • Must be extremely fast with data and Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
