  • Order Management: Manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to establish criteria for supplier selection and product quality. Address any quality issues with suppliers promptly.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the purchasing budget, ensuring that spending aligns with company financial goals.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis for management review.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the purchasing team, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance performance and professional growth.
