In this role, you will oversee the development and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions, driving innovation and aligning technical projects with business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven features within our insurance software platform and make a significant impact on the industry.What You Will DoLead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML projects that enhance product capabilities and customer experience.Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.Collaborate with product management, data science, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.Establish best practices, standards, and governance for AI/ML development and deployment within the organization.Monitor industry trends and emerging AI/ML technologies to guide innovation strategies.Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.Proven success in delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments, ideally within insurance or SaaS industries.Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and data analytics tools.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Guidewire products or insurance domain expertise.Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or project management.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Why GuidewireLead innovative AI/ML initiatives that transform the insurance industry.Work with a talented and collaborative team.Influence the future of our platform and help shape industry standards.Thrive in an open, supportive, and inclusive work environment.About GuidewireGuidewire is the platform P&C insurers trust to engage, innovate, and grow efficiently.
