Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth through the development and execution of scalable business strategies.Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop, own, and execute annual and quarterly revenue targets across various services, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Influencer, and Media Buying.Business Development and Partnership Strategies: Design and execute strategies to identify new market segments, industries, and high-LTV client opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Closures: Lead enterprise and mid-market deal closures personally, negotiate commercials, retainers, and long-term contracts.Team Building & Leadership: Build, train, and scale the BD and sales team, mentor managers, and create future leaders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with performance, creative, and strategy teams, translate market feedback into service improvements.
