Job TitleAbout the RoleThis is a key leadership position that spearheads strategy and execution to engage our user base. The role plays a crucial part in marketing for our global business and focuses on growing revenue from users who have not previously chosen our offerings.Responsibilities:Develop quarterly planning, revenue targets, and detailed campaign deployment plans for growth initiatives to enhance reactivation metricsCollaborate closely with the creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech/engineering teamsUnderstand the needs of different internal business units and consumer behaviour to formulate content and segmentation strategiesConduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, with proper testing frameworks, and identifying wins for broader implementationMaintain a balance between growth and user experience for long-term growthNavigate the technical aspects of the CRM platform and maintain strong relationships with platform support teamsConduct root cause analyses on platform and business issues whenever they ariseBalance rapid execution for growth and adherence to business compliance for partner schoolsRequirements:Experience in industry leading CRM & marketing automation platforms such as SFMC / CleverTapProven track record of growing revenue and engaging user basesStrong analytical skills and ability to conduct experiments and analysisExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to navigate complex systems and technologiesWhat We Offer:A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
