Senior Growth Marketer RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work as a Senior Growth Marketer at a boutique growth marketing agency scaling high-potential direct-to-consumer brands across lifestyle, wellness, fashion, and beauty.You will be responsible for running growth for multiple D2C brands, leading client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads, and owning brand performance end-to-end.Run growth for multiple D2C brands - not support, run.Lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads.Own brand performance end-to-end - revenue, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, retention.Build and execute full-funnel strategies across ads, retention, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, and creative.As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will analyze numbers daily, spot patterns, and turn insights into action. Additionally, you will manage weekly/monthly brand reviews with clarity, confidence, and direction, and coordinate with performance, creative, copy, retention, design, and ops teams to keep momentum alive.The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, creative strategy, copywriting, or a mix. They should be comfortable with client-facing conversations and weekly reviews, and have a strong understanding of D2C metrics - customer acquisition cost, average order value, lifetime value, return on ad spend, contribution margin.This role is a full-time, 100% remote position with a competitive compensation package based on capability, maturity, and portfolio of experience.Key skills required for this role include:Growth hacking and performance marketing expertise.Strong understanding of D2C metrics and analytics.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
