This role will be pivotal in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right talent in place to achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
1.Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
Collaborate with senior management to understand current and future talent needs and create workforce plans accordingly.
2.Recruitment Management:
Ensure the integrity of the recruitment process and systems quality through the recruitment cycle (as per the ISO) and responsibility for JD’s, MRF’s, Interview Assessment, Defining Assessment Tools and ensuring identification and hiring of the best fit talent,
Lead the recruitment team in executing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify top talent.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Utilize innovative recruiting techniques and channels to attract diverse talent pools.
Lead the Campus Relations Program across the country and plan the engagement in consultation with Operations & the L&D team
Build talent pipelines across positions to ensure the TAT for time/quality to hire improves.
Competitor mapping of potential candidates with overall tracking and management.
Drive the process through the Recruiting system and build internal capabilities on managing the hiring process digitally
Responsible for the successful onboarding of new hires
3.Employer Branding and Outreach:
Enhance the Company's employer brand through various mediums
Actively engage in networking events, industry conferences, and other forums to promote Suzlon as an employer of choice.
4.Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Establish key metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Provide regular reports and analysis to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
5.Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor, coach, and develop the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the recruitment panels and team updated on industry trends and best practices.
6.Compliance and Diversity:
Driving ethical practices around governance of recruitment practices.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse workforce that reflects our global and inclusive values.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or in a similar senior-level recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of recruitment.
Masters degree in Human Resources is preferred.
Diversity Candidate Preferred.
