Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Application Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical support for software applications, analyze and resolve system-related issues, and ensure smooth operation for end-users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical difficulties, maintaining system performance, and effectively communicating with clients to address and resolve their concerns. Qualifications Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support processesStrong Troubleshooting and Analytical SkillsExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teamsAbility to work under pressure and solve problems efficientlyKnowledge of software applications and operating systems is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
