Salesforce – Solution ArchitectLocation: Bangalore (Remote)Function: SFDC – Solution ArchitectLevel: SeniorThe OpportunityEsko, a global leader in packaging software solutions and part of the multi-billion-dollar Veralto family of companies, is seeking a strategic and experienced Salesforce – Solution Architect who has experience in an application landscape with both Salesforce and Oracle cloud applications.This pivotal role will guide the business transformation of our digital ecosystem from legacy platforms into modernized and standardized Salesforce environment coupled with a cloud-based Oracle ecosystem, ensuring business and technology are tightly aligned to drive value across the organization.In your role as Salesforce architect, you- Provide expertise on various Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.- Master the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce products, allowing you to offer solutions with standard Salesforce functionality and allowing you to challenge customization requests.- Own the end-to-end solution architecture of your domain in line with the roadmap of the platform.Liaise Salesforce and Oracle Fusion CloudWith your broader experience in a technical landscape having both Salesforce products and Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, you- Understand the integrations and handovers between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud- Provide the best possible solution in Salesforce, considering broader end-to-end business processes, which will be handled partially or fully in other systems (like CPQ, Billing, Invoicing, Installed base and Master Data Management).- Translate complex business requirements in scalable, secure and maintainable solution architectures in cross application domains like Demand generation, Quote-to-cash, Procure-to-Pay and Asset life cycle management.Qualifications and Experience- Master's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline- 15+ years of broader experience in IT.- 8+ years of hands-on and recent experience on SFDC CRM platform.- 5+ years of proven experience in solution architecture.- 5+ years of recent functional experience on the Oracle platform. More in-depth knowledge in at least 1 of the Oracle modules is a plus.- Experience in large-scale business transformation project including an ERP migration from legacy to cloud.- Proven success in large-scale consulting or contractor roles.
