Sales Executive – Home Automation

Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Present home automation solutions to meet customer needs.Customer Consultation: Conduct site visits or virtual consultations to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstration, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with competitors, market conditions, and technological advancements in the home automation sector to identify opportunities and challenges.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or home automation industry.Strong understanding of home automation technologies (e.g., smart lighting, security systems, HVAC control, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology in simple terms.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-focused with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and closing skills.A valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations, as required.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on technology or home automation (preferred).Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience: 2+ YearsSalary: 20 % increment of their current salary.Location: KochiJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceProvident FundEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Marketing & Sales: 2 years (Preferred)Home automation products, IoT , or technology-related: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
