Job Title: Strategic Operations AssociateDescription:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to support strategic planning and operational efficiency in a fast-growing fintech environment.The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping growth strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across key business initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with product, finance, partnerships, and technology teams to support decision-making, scale operations, and drive impact in digital financial services.Responsibilities include:Formulating business strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics.Improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability through process optimization and innovation.Supporting expansion efforts into new markets and partnerships, including regulatory, market, and risk assessments.Tracking performance and making data-driven recommendations using KPIs and dashboards.Collaborating with product and tech teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows.Analyzing the feasibility and impact of new mobile money features, services, and innovations.Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.Servicing project management activities and ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau).1-2 years of experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Able to synthesize complex data from financial systems and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
