Job Title: Infrastructure Operations SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our critical production systems.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain self-hosted enterprise GitLab or similar SCM platforms.Administer Linux (RHEL) environments with expertise in Ansible and Terraform (IaC).Experience with GitLab backend components: PostgreSQL, Redis, Object Storage (S3).Implement HA and DR architectures.Develop security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management strategies.Configure NGINX/HAProxy, DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing solutions.Monitor and analyze system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Alertmanager.Familiarity with LDAP, SAML, and OIDC identity systems.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth communication.Requirements:6+ years as an SRE or Senior Systems Engineer managing critical production systems.4+ years managing self-hosted enterprise GitLab or similar SCM platforms.Strong Linux (RHEL) administration expertise.Advanced hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform (IaC).Experience with GitLab backend components: PostgreSQL, Redis, Object Storage (S3).Proven experience implementing HA and DR architectures.Deep knowledge of security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management.Proficiency with NGINX/HAProxy, DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Alertmanager.Familiarity with LDAP, SAML, and OIDC identity systems.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.Why Join Us?As an Infrastructure Operations Specialist at [Company Name], you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our team.
