**Financial Operations Specialist**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our day-to-day financial operations.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and a strong understanding of accounting principles. They will be responsible for recording and managing daily accounting transactions, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing GST and TDS workings, and performing monthly bank reconciliations.Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel. A bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and Manage Daily Accounting Transactions: The Financial Operations Specialist will record and manage daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable: The candidate will handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliations and maintaining accurate ledgers.Prepare GST and TDS Workings: The successful candidate will prepare GST and TDS workings and support monthly/quarterly compliance.Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliations: The Financial Operations Specialist will perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.Manage Invoices, Vouchers, and Documentation: The candidate will manage invoices, vouchers, and documentation as per company standards.Assist in Preparing MIS Reports: The Financial Operations Specialist will assist in preparing MIS reports and supporting internal/external audits.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting: A bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting is preferred.Proven Work Experience with Tally ERP: The candidate must have proven work experience with Tally ERP.Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles: The Financial Operations Specialist must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.Proficiency in MS Excel: The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel and documentation.Excellent Organizational Skills: The Financial Operations Specialist must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.Why Join UsOpportunity to Work in a Professional Environment: We offer a professional and growth-oriented environment.Exposure to Financial Advisory Operations: The Financial Operations Specialist will gain exposure to financial advisory operations and structured processes.Competitive Compensation and Supportive Team Culture: We offer competitive compensation and a supportive team culture.Interested candidates may submit their resumes for consideration.
