Job Title: VMware Horizon View SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned expert in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) to join our team as a VMware Horizon View Specialist. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and scalable VDI environments using VMware Horizon products.**Key Responsibilities:**Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on VDI and end-user computing;4+ years of experience with VMware Enterprise Products, specifically EUC Horizon;Certification preferred: VMware VCAP/VCIX (Desktop & Mobility), AWS/Azure Architect;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating technical requirements into actionable plans;Must have hands-on deployment of Horizon infrastructure in large environments;Experience in handling creating HLD, LLDs, and solution documents;Good knowledge on the Horizon Suite and troubleshooting user-level issues;TCP/IP knowledge with good foundation on LAN technologies such as network switching and routing and DNS, etc.;Good Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting skills;Good hands-on skills in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure;100% fluency in English;Good verbal and written communication;Good team player work with senior team members, conduct technical sessions, mentoring L1 team members;Ability to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction;Self-motivated and results-oriented;Expected to work US and UK shifts based on organizational needs and be available to be on-call on a rotational basis including night shifts.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:VMware Horizon products;AWS and Azure cloud platforms;Windows Server Administration;Hyper-Converged Infrastructure;LAN technologies such as network switching and routing and DNS;TCPIP knowledge;ESXi, vSphere, and cloud platforms;Omnissa DEM, Omnissa workspaceone Access, and 3rd party IDM integration.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;Good team player work with senior team members;Mentoring L1 team members;Analytical and problem-solving skills;Good presentation skills;Willingness to continually learn.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to apply for this exciting opportunity.
