Interior Designer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential interiors, with excellent design sense and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:Design Development: Create cohesive and sophisticated designs for residential projects.Technical Drafting & Working Drawings: Develop detailed drawings for furniture layout, wardrobe & modular kitchen detailing, toilet & utility detailing, false ceiling (POP), electrical/lighting layout, flooring pattern drawings, wall elevations & sectional details.Support 3D teams with conceptual guidance: Collaborate with 3D teams to provide creative input and ensure consistency in design.Provide material specifications and finish schedules: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of material specifications and finish schedules.Coordinate daily with site engineers for technical clarifications: Work closely with site engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.Update drawings as per real-site changes and client inputs: Adapt designs to reflect site changes and client feedback.Maintain structured documentation and deliver every drawing in committed timelines: Organize and manage documentation, ensuring timely delivery of drawings.Requirements:Strong technical expertise in interior design software.Excellent design sense and ability to create cohesive designs.Hands-on experience with luxury residential interiors.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in creating technical drawings and specifications.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A competitive compensation package.
