Job Opportunity: Senior Interior Designer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential design, with expertise in creating mood boards, concept designs, and interior architectural presentations.The successful candidate will work independently on various projects, including residential refurbishments. Key responsibilities include:Creating CAD designs for room plans, elevations, and RCP's;Developing SketchUp drawings for joinery designs and full rooms, including panelling, windows, and interior detailing;Presenting to clients, working from site to oversee construction progress, and researching and presenting bespoke designs;Preparing thorough planning documents, detailed designs, and technical specifications;Maintaining excellent design portfolios and Adobe Creative Suite skills;To be successful in this role, you will need:A degree in interior design or a related field;At least 5 years of experience in high-end residential design;Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop;Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills;Fluency in written and spoken English;A strong interest in sustainable design practices and making a positive impact through architectural solutions;Ability to think creatively and work independently;Experience in selecting and specifying high-quality materials, products, and finishes;If you are a motivated and talented Senior Interior Designer looking for a new challenge, please submit your CV, samples of your work, and a covering letter expressing your interest in the position.
