About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead data projects, aligning with strategic objectives and ensuring measurable value delivery while staying current on industry trends in data science and analytics.Responsibilities:Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Power BI, including complex dashboards, reports, and data models.Lead data modeling efforts using star/snowflake schemas and best practices in Power BI and SQL-based environments.Write optimized and complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design efficient and scalable BI architectures.Define and implement data governance, quality, and security measures.Work closely with business users to gather and refine requirements.Optimize performance through proper data modeling, query optimization, and incremental refresh.Stay current on emerging trends in data analytics and visualization tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.Proven experience as a Data Analyst/BI developer or similar role for at least 3 years.Hands-on experience in Power BI development with advanced knowledge of Power Query and DAX.Expert-level experience in SQL and working with relational databases.Strong understanding of data modeling techniques.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.Key QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:A deep understanding of data analysis principles and practices.Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What We OfferThis is an exceptional opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.
