The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through digital and offline channels, nurturing prospects, visiting customer sites to pitch ESDS’s products and solutions, and collaborating with the pre-sales team to close deals. The role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to drive business growth in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise segments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation:Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital marketing (e.g., social media, email campaigns, webinars) and offline channels (e.g., industry events, seminars, and networking).Identify and target potential clients in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.Leverage market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the assigned segments.Customer Engagement and Pitching:Visit client locations to present ESDS’s products, solutions, and value propositions tailored to their needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ESDS’s capabilities.Lead Nurturing:Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, addressing client queries, and providing relevant information to move prospects through the sales funnel.Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content and campaigns to support lead nurturing.Deal Closure:Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.Assist in negotiations and ensure smooth closure of deals while meeting client expectations.Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and strategies.Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance using CRM tools.Provide regular updates to the management team on pipeline status and market insights.Event Participation:Represent ESDS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and generate leads.Organize and coordinate events, workshops, or seminars to engage potential clients.Qualifications and SkillsExperience:3-6 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in the IT services, cloud computing, or technology solutions industry.Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in Government, BFSI, or Enterprise segments.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
