Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong knowledge of call center operations, customer service principles, and adult learning theory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with representatives at all levels Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
