You'll work closely with founders and marketing leaders to build scalable growth strategies that blend creativity, performance, and profitability — turning thumb-stopping content into business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead end-to-end media strategy across Meta and Google — from acquisition to retention.Partner directly with founders and growth teams to align business goals with media strategy.Build, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing media planners and buyers.Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and tech teams to deliver creative-first performance campaigns.Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and guide continuous optimization.Stay ahead of trends, beta features, and new ad formats — especially across Reels and YouTube.Contribute to new business pitches and help expand Blink's D2C and startup portfolio.Ensure account profitability and deliver strong ROI across all client engagements.Who You Are7–8 years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise across Meta and Google ecosystems.Proven track record of driving growth for D2C brands — either on the agency or client side.Strong command over CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics.Confident in leading strategic discussions with founders and senior marketers.Skilled in audience segmentation, full-funnel media planning, and attribution modeling.A creative storyteller who values experimentation and innovation as much as efficiency.A proactive leader who thrives on data-driven decisions and fast-paced environments.Why Join BlinkJoin one of India's most innovative media teams, redefining creative-first performance marketing.Work directly with category-defining brands and ambitious founders.Be part of a culture that celebrates experimentation, learning, and real impact over vanity metrics.Build and lead a specialized D2C vertical, shaping the future of Blink's media practice.
