Semiconductor Industry Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our end-to-end talent acquisition function, guiding strategy, innovation, and execution across all hiring verticals in the semiconductor industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives in VLSI design, physical design, verification, DFT, and analog/mixed-signal domains.Lead a geographically distributed talent acquisition team specialized in semiconductor and engineering hiring.Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding.Position our company as a leading employer in the semiconductor design sector through branding campaigns, university collaborations, and thought-leadership events.Act as a strategic advisor to business heads on semiconductor talent availability, compensation trends, and skill gaps.Partner with learning and development teams to identify hiring-related capability gaps in emerging semiconductor technologies.Required Qualifications:Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.Minimum 14 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in semiconductor/VLSI hiring leadership.Benefits:Our company offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a competitive compensation package.Others:As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of the semiconductor industry and working with a talented group of professionals.
